Without the right fuel in your body to keep you going, there is no chance of having a clear head and the energy to get through your many many hours of wedding planning.
Take A Break
When all you’ve done is thought about your wedding day for the last 12 months, the stress levels will definitely be high. Take some time out from the planning, whether it be a night out with your fiancée (with no wedding talk!), some cocktails with the girls, or a mini get away, you’ll be glad to have some normal conversation!
