We all want to feel gorgeous wearing Cinderella’s stunning glass slippers for our wedding day and it doesn’t need to feel like you are walking on hard glass to achieve the glamorous look!
We absolutely love the quality and comfort design of some of designer shoes pictured above. All of Oscar de la Renta, Jimmy Choo, Rene Caovilla, Valentino, Christian Louboutin, Giambattista Valli, Givenchy and Manolo Blahnik workmanship is of a higher quality often with added support, cushioning and more contoured to a ladies foot.
Be smart and plan ahead, practice wearing your heels around the house, if you know you have a particular area on your foot that gets painful, get some gel cushion inserts so you can keep dancing all night long.
If you are wearing closed toe shoes and you find that you are unsteady while walking on thin heels, tape your third and forth toes along from your big toe together. Use some breathable sports tape. This will keep foot muscles aligned, which allows you to balance on the balls of your foot more easily.
Go shoe shopping in the afternoon! When you have been on your feet for a few hours they tend to swell, you want to make sure that by the end of the night your shoes aren’t too tight.
You can get all of the above shoes through beaucadeau.com.au if a pair is not displayed we know you can simply request and ask the team!
Alternatively if you want a shoe to be tailor made to your foot you can get them locally made in Brunswick at Mallouk.
Happy shoe shopping!
