Mia & Dave

With Dave stationed at a base in Toowoomba, Mia got in touch with A Lavish Affair who provided assistance to plan her Melbourne wedding. Choosing Yering Station with its lovely views, Mia absolutely fell in love with the Mop Top Garden where she just had to have her ceremony. It turned out to be an overcast day, with heavy storms imminent…without question the ceremony would normally have been moved undercover early in the day. Knowing what it meant to Mia we promised we would do all we could and took the onus on ourselves to study the weather radar all day. We setup outside at the very last minute and we had extra staff on hand should the ceremony need to be moved at a moments notice. Luckily the rain held off, Mia got the wedding she had imagined and more.
