Choosing your wedding day attire is an opportunity to express the style of your wedding, the dress code you’ve chosen for the big day, and who you are as a couple. Same-sex weddings are no exception! Whether it’s two brides or two grooms, you should walk down the aisle in something that makes you feel your best. So the big question, should two grooms wear the same outfit, or should they opt to each wear something that speaks to the individual?
The good news is, there are no rules! We recommend, if you won’t be wearing the same thing, to coordinate so you compliment each other and so you both fit within your desired dress code, suiting the theme of the day. You can do this by coordinating colours, suit/ tuxedo style, and even your choice in tie or bowtie. Use this as an opportunity to express yourselves as individuals and as a couple. And, if you decide to wear the same outfit, that’s absolutely fine too!
